Wagering requirements of our free games

If you won free games or free games were credited to your account, they are valid for 7 days as a rule. After that not only the free games expire but also the collected bonus credit.

You can use the free games easily by simply opening the game you got free games for. Please note that you can use the free games on only one device. Have you opened and started playing with them on your smart phone, you are not able to continue playing with them on your desktop computer. By using the free games you comply with the terms and conditions.

Player Balance 2All winnings that you achieve while playing the free games will at first be taken into your bonus account. After reaching the wagering requirements these can be converted into real money. Your bonus credit will be listed as bonus until it’s converted by you in your account. You do not receive a note that you have reached the wagering requirements. Therefore it’s important for you to check the progress every once in a while. You can find it and the maximum cash out amount in your account as well. If the conversion is missing you can still use your bonus credit and play with it. After reaching the wagering requirements, converting the bonus credit to real money and a copious verification of your personal data and instruments of payment, your new cash can be withdrawn.

Book Of Dead FreeplayTo reach the wagering requirements the whole bonus amount needs to be wagered a specific number of times. The whole bonus amount equals the deposit plus the granted bonus amount.

Example: You are granted 100 free games for the slot BOOK OF DEAD and win an amount of € 25.60. Out of this you make a winning of € 850 after reaching the wagering requirements (e.g after wagering the amount x times according to the terms and conditions). You are now allowed to convert your bonus into real money. The maximum cash out amount is displayed in your cashier.

The remaining bonus amount which exceeds the maximum cash out amount will be cancelled.

Maximum allowed bet: € 5.00 per bet/game round or € 0.50 per bet line
Moving from low weighted games like Blackjack to high weighted games like slots after a large win for the sole purpose of completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any winnings being removed
All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Platincasino reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits
